Magical Athlete is a gleefully chaotic card-driven race where every character bends the rules in a different way, and the fun is watching a no-hoper suddenly leapfrog the pack. Originally a 2003 Japanese cult favourite by Takashi Ishida, this edition comes with an updated design by Richard Garfield — the creator of Magic: The Gathering — and artwork by Angela Kirkwood.
