Return & Refund Policy
Effective Date: 15 June 2026
This Return & Refund Policy applies to items purchased from Board & Brewed ("we", "us", or "our"), online or in store. It is in addition to your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law, which are not affected by anything below.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you placed your order online, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email us at manager@boardandbrewed.ie with your order number. Once you've told us you're cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, and in a resaleable state. We recommend using a tracked postal service — you are responsible for items until they reach us.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty:
- Individual trading card singles — their value depends on condition, which we cannot verify once they have left us
- Items that have been opened, used, or had seals or packaging removed
- Gift cards
- Card grading services (PSA / ACE) once a submission has been logged or sent for grading
4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return postage. This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
6. Return Shipping
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
7. In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in store may be exchanged or refunded within 14 days with a valid receipt, subject to the same condition requirements set out above.
