Shipping & Delivery

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed online at boardandbrewed.ie. For returns, exchanges and refunds, see our Refund Policy. Nothing below affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.

1. Dispatch

Orders are picked and packed at our shop in Dún Laoghaire and typically dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding Irish public holidays). Pre-order items are dispatched once stock arrives — the expected release window is shown on the product page. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship everything together when the pre-order arrives.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Ireland — Standard delivery: €8.00 per order
  • Ireland — Free standard delivery on orders over €150
  • International — Standard delivery: €20.00 per order

3. Where We Ship

We currently ship to Ireland and the following countries: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

If your country isn't listed, email us at manager@boardandbrewed.ie and we'll see what we can do.

4. Delivery Times

As a guide, once dispatched: Ireland 2–4 working days; United Kingdom and EU 3–7 working days; rest of world 7–14 working days. These are estimates, not guarantees — busy periods (holidays, big releases) can add a day or two.

5. Customs & Import Charges

Orders delivered outside Ireland and the EU (including the United Kingdom and United States) may be subject to local customs duties, import VAT, or handling fees. These are set by the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive within the expected window, contact us within 14 days at manager@boardandbrewed.ie with your order number and we'll sort it — see our Refund Policy for faulty and damaged items.
